Yes, Student who have completed 12th with 64% is eligible to apply for TC and TTE job in Indian Railways.

Those who have completed 12th from any recognized board are totally eligible to apply for TC and TTE post.

You will be selected through Computer Based Test.

Your final selection will be done through personal interview
