Dear candidate, it depends:

  • If you have passed class 12th in 2021, then your NEET exam code will be 1.

  • If you have passed class 12th in last two years(dropper), then fill NEET exam code 2.

Hope, it helps!

Hi

You need to choose the code 2 .

This is because,

You have passed 12th from west Bengal board i. e West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education and

code 2 says it is for all those who have passed their 10+2 /higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English

Here's a short brief of Neet codes :-

Code 1 :- code 1 is for class 12th board 2021  examination appearing students with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English

Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.

Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology.

Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who are doing BSc and has all the three of Physics, chemistry and biology in their graduation.

Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed  BSc  with at least any two of following subjects :-

-) Physics,

-)chemistry ,

-)biology

Code 7 :- code 7 is for those who have passed their examination from foreign board which is equivalent of Indian 10+2 board.

are your 2021 board results out?
if your results are not out then you need to select code 1 as it is for :-
those who are going to appear in 12th board 2021 examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

If your results west bengal board 2021 results are out then only code 2.

You have said that in question that you have passed it means, your results are declared then code 2 .

Tithi Rout Coming to your doubt of code 3 for intermediate / puc i.e pre university course.
It is for only those who have passed from a board which offers intermediate / puc

For example,
Telangana state board i.e Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education offers   intermediate   while karnataka state board i. e The Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka  offers Puc . So, these students need to choose code 3
