Congratulations for awesome result of yours in jee mains. There is nothing to do with your 12 marks for counselling but you should have 75% in pcm or should be in top 20 percentile. 

According to your marks in jee mains, I guess you can get nit Allahabad but not in premium branches ,in some lower branch that also till last round. Since you have good marks  you  can go for some other colleges like nits other than trichy, Warangal, surathkal, Allahabad . In nits other than mentioned you have high chances of getting supreme branches like CSE or IT.
