I understand it is hard to believe that you scored less even in the improvement exam. But trust me, it is time that you accept what you are capable of. You have already wasted one year of your life and now wasting another seems useless because what if you are not able to score good again? are you gonna keep doing this your entire life? People make mistakes, we all do but now it is time to accept your mistakes and move on. Start thinking about getting into a college now and leave your school life behind. Perform well in college.
