Yes, there is no restriction on the year of passing, thus you can still be admitted to the B.Sc. Nursing program even if you passed the 12th grade in 2012. The primary requirements for eligibility are meeting the age requirements and having PCB in the 12th grade. While certain states and private universities accept greater age limits or have no maximum age limit at all, the majority of institutions have a minimum age requirement of 17.
