Hello,

You have appeared for improvement exam. So you have give appeared for the option where it will ask. Your 12th passing yeat will be 2018. You just have to write appeared where the form will ask about the improvement exam. you can follow the guide while filling the form :- https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-application-form
