The maximum and minimum age limit for NEET 2020 is as follows -

The lower age limit for candidates aspiring for NEET 2020 should be 17 years as on December 31 of the admission year, i.e., 2020. For example, candidates appearing for NEET 2020 and are 16 years of age are eligible as he/she will complete 17 years by December 31, 2020. The admitted year is 2020.

And theres no upper age limit for neet.

So its not dependent on the  year of passing HSC but its dependent upon the candidates age.

Hello student yes you're eligible if you fulfill the eligibility criteria as there's no upper age limit in Neet till Supreme Court judgment

Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.

For NEET 2021, Candidates should not be less than 17 years as on 31 ^st December 2021.There is no upper age limit, so yes you are eligible for NEET 2021.
