Hello,
As this was your improvement exam this year you have already passed the subjects in the last year and passed in them. As you failed in two subjects your last year marks would be considered for those two subjects. There is no compartment exam for improvement exams.
For NEET eligibilty, check by considering the last year marks for those two subjects and for other subjects check the marks which are better.
