Hello Harsh,

For JEE Mains a candidate is given 6 attempts for 3 consecutive years. 2 attempts for the 12th appearing year and rest 4 for the next two consecutive years.

As you've completed your 12th standard in 2019. You were given 2 attempts in 2019, 2 attempts in 2020 and 2 attempts in 2021. So yes you can give JEE Mains in 2021 but keep in mind that you can't give JEE Advance in 2021.
