Dear aspirant,

As you have paid 40000 for seat acceptance in private college and considering you are talking about the wbjee counselling so if your seat in upgraded and you have taken admission in another college and if you have paid any amount more than the uit burdwan college fees then it will surely be refunded . You just have submit your bank details when they will ask you to submit.
