You dont need to visit the ARC centre again as you did not got any seat alloted in the second round. You visited the ARC centre for the seat you were alloted in the first round and that seat was reserved for you. So now you dont need to visit the ARC again and you only need to go to the college in which you was alotted a seat in the first round for further admission process.
