Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test(GPAT) is conducted by National Testing Agency(NTA). The eligibility criteria for GPAT states that candidates who are in their last year(final year) of B.Pharmacy or those who have passed their Bachelors degree in Pharmacy are eligible to apply.

Even if you clear the GPAT in third year, your score will not be considered as valid for admission as you do not meet the eligibility criteria. As par as with the stipend/financial assistance, it will be provided in M.Pharmacy. So, as your score itself is not valid and you cannot get admission into the M.Pharmacy at this moment as you are in your third year, you cannot get stipend.
