sorry to say but as per the resources,even through you are qualified in the eamcet exam but you cannot get rank in the eamcet as you are failed in the ipe examination, even though you completed your examination you canno go into the eamcet counselling, you better complete your subjects and take long term if you are more interested in eamcet.
