Your rank is pretty low among each category, and you cannot get jadavpur university or Kalyani government engineering college as these are the two topmost govt. college in west bengal. Other than that you may get some of the less demanding branches like Printing of Manufacturing engineering in Jadavpur university, but that too on the basis of your OBC-A category rank and that too with very less chance.
