According to some news papers there will be a new body (NTS-National Testing Service) which in the process of formation for now which will be handed over the entire responsibility of conducting all common entrance exams like JEE, NEET, NET, CTET etc.

This process is still pending and requires approval, but according to the ongoing activities seems like CBSE will shift over the responsibility to NTS from next year.

NTS will then become the largest test conducting body all over India.

Well there hasn't been any official written announcement on the matter but as per the news floating in air, NTA gonna conduct the entrances from 2019 and its CBSE who gonna conduct the exam in 2018.
Wait till the official notification is released.

By be sure that it's CBSE this year.

For 2018, CBSE is will be conducting the exam. And there will be no changes. If there is any change it will be announced along with the notification in Dec 2017

So wait for the notification of NEET 2018.
