These two branches is one and the same. There is no much difference in both these branches. But yes there will be 2-3  subjects which will differ in both streams.

If you are getting computer science then i would suggest you to kindly go for that as the cut off for that branch is higher but if you are not getting it you need not worry you can take information technology too.
