Of course. Depending on your course, category (reservation quota if applicable), as well as the cut-off marks for that year, you may still be eligible for admission to DRB. 63% is on the low side for competitive programs, but there might still be an opportunity for your application to be considered if you are applying for courses that have lower cut-offs or if you have a management/NRI quota.
