Priya, when you register, you get the registration details at the registered email id and mobile no#. What you need to do is login with those details again and fill in the application form and complete the payment. Once you  have clicked on "Submit" and it says you have successfully registered, only then can it be confirmed that your application has been successfully completed. For now you might have been registered going by the message. But you also need to complete the application form and also make the payment. Make sure you take a print out of the successfully submitted page and also the transaction details of the payments that you have made. This will be necessary for all future transactions.
