You can check your application status by logging in to the website of that exam.If you find any more problem then you can directly connect with the official by calling them or mailing them.I am sure by that your problem will be solved.

If got the message as incomplete then the form u filled is not completed once you login into that form and check whether you have completly filled the form or not

You should login into your account and check whether the application form is completed or not.If you have done payment and amount is debited from your account then your application form is submitted.
Check for it in it's website for more details.
