Difference in names on your certificates and I'd proofs could give you hard time. You need to have same name on your 10th and 12th class marksheet and on your aadhar and pan cards. Because 10th class marksheet is basically used for name verification and date of birth. So kindly have the same name everywhere in your documents so your work should not be kept in hold.

See in general for any entrance exams registration, the name in the 10th marksheet will be asked to enter in the application form of the exam. As you have changed the name in PAN Card and Aadhar card, change the same in 10th class marksheet as well. Or else it will create a problem.
