I registered for JAC counselling not alloted any seat till round 4, But now I am unable to login in jac as it is showing YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED

It was showing "you r nt allwd" bcoz the registraion was not started...
You should go and register quickly before 6:00am 26 july tonight...

It should not be like this. It must be some error from their side. Check on its official website if any notification is there. Or try to login from incognito mode after clearing cache. Even then, if the problem persists, try calling them and ask your query.

Why not alloted any seat in round-4 also? CRL 213326 SC 11746 , State- Jharkhand. Message in round 4: "You are not eligible for Josaa seat allotment in round 4. so no seat has been alloted to you in round4." Similar message was there for round-3 also.
