YES you can apply in Round 2 counselling. Applicants who were not satisfied with their allotment or those who have not yet been allotted a seat can apply in the second round.

Steps for Counselling Process:

• Visit the official website; ojee.nic.in.
• Find and click on the registration and counselling option
• Click on new candidate registration if you do not have your login credentials
• Accept the terms and condition and click on submit
• Now enter your desired course, NEET roll number, and other details and documents
• After that pay the application fee through online mode or by a demand draft

However, the registration date for 2nd round was 4th-5th December, incase you have not registered then you will not be able to as the date has passed. Incase you have registered then you have choice filling option from Dec 9th to 10th.

Definitely you can apply for Round 2 Counseling even if you were not alloted any seat in Round 1 Counselling. You need not register separately also. Your already registered First Round's details are enough. Don't worry you'll get a seat. Try to refresh their Official Website for the page to appear.
