Your qualification code for NEET will be 02. You've filled it right and so need not worry about it.
Code 02 is for those students who passed out class 12th but didn't take admission anywhere.
Code 01 is for the appearing students (newly/first time appearing students).

So, you can go for any of the codes either 01 or 02- it doesn't makes that much difference. If you want to change to 01 then you can or let it be as 02 which you've already selected- it's all upon you. It won't affect your result.
