If you want refund then you didn't reject the allotted seat in CSAB second round. If you want refund then you have stop the csab counseling after completion of first round. Hope it helps you.

Dear student, if you have rejected the seat allotted to you in the second round of counselling process, you are not entitled for any refund of the counselling money as you have yourself cancelled the allotment process in middle itself. The rule says that the fees will only be refunded if the seat is not allotted till in the last round.
