I would suggest the following books:

1) Ananthanarayan and Paniker's book of Microbiology (detailed but standard textbook)

2) Textbook of Microbiology by C.P Baveja (concise, basic and brief but does not have a parasitology section)

3) Sherris' Medical Microbiology (parasitology is given well in this book)
