Yes I have read the syllabus for UIEO exam  (unified international english olympiad). For your 9th class you will have to go through vocabulary and functional grammar, reading comprehension and interactive english. Please remember that for acing this exam you will have to practice these portions regularly then only will be able to clear it as it is highly competitive.
