Indian Council of Agriculture and Research is the best institution for pursuing PG courses in Agriculture.

With your above mentioned marks, it'll be quite difficult for you to get admission in fisheries department.

I'll suggest you to wait till the last rounds of counselling as this may fetch you a seat there.
