397 marks in NEET 2025, getting a government MBBS seat is not possible, but you still have good options. You can try for MBBS in private medical colleges through management quota. Some private colleges accept students with scores around 390-400 marks, but the fees will be high. You also have a good chance for BDS (Dental) seats in both private and some government colleges.
