Hey Deepanjali,

May I know that from which quota you belongs? Because the merit list is different for different quota . 

If you are from general category then sorry but there is no chance to get admission in NEET in govt. College, if you are from obc category then there is very little chances to get admission but if you are from sc category then you can get admission.

You can also take in private college. They will give you the admission. But the fee structure of private college is high.

if you belong to a general category and you are applying under 85% state quota seats then your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is difficult as the expected cut off marks for general will be above 500 marks but you can try for private and deemed medical collegs.i hope this information helps you.
