Last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general category was 473 marks and it was for Govt. Medical College, Bhavnaga.
So you cannot get a seat with your marks in government medical college.
With your marks you can get self financed colleges like GCS Medical College and Research Center, Ahmedabad for which last year cut off was 408 for general category.
