Yess if you are in SC category then go for counselling might be you will get admission but branch is not of your choice. You can also try other nits iits so go for counselling with http://www.josa.com

You might try in the spot round.It would be a miracle if you get a seat in IIIt hyderabad.But never lose hope as last year cutoffs for DTU(in delhi,highly reputed) very high in spot round.But i would suggest you to have a back up plan also because CSAB spot round takes place very late and that time many state level councellings are done.I would suggest you NIT delhi for your rank.You should also try for state level colleges also.
