They select on the basis of 12 class marks and all India clat ranking.
In the basis of these two parameters selection is done.
Your marks are quite good and will decide your rank which in turn will make clear you eligibility.
Mostly candidates with the rank of 1500 go for nlus,if it's above 1500 u can go for nmims.

According to the Rank Predictor tool, your probable common rank range comes in between 810 to 1,510 considering you are from the Unreserved Category. Now, as per the previous year cutoff trends, the closing cutoff rank for NMIMS Mumbai was 2500. 

Even if the cutoffs are expected to be high this year due to the easy question paper, there is still a decent chance that you might bag a seat here. Although you must keep in mind that there are only 60 seats for the Five-year Integrated program. With this rank range, you seem to have a fair chance in some of the NLUs as well so I suggest you to keep your options open. If your actual score comes better than your expected one, then your chances will be better.
