If you scored 127 marks in NEET 2025 and you are from Bihar and belong to the general category with EWS, then you cannot get admission in any college in India through NEET.

The minimum qualifying marks for general and EWS category in NEET 2025 is around 144. Since your score is 127, it means you have not qualified the exam. Only those who qualify are allowed to take part in counselling for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and other NEET-related courses.

So, with 127 marks, you are not eligible for any government or private medical college in India through NEET.

But you still have other options. You can go for courses like B.Sc Nursing, BPT (Physiotherapy), Pharmacy, or paramedical courses. These courses may not need NEET or may accept low scores. You can also prepare again for NEET next year and try to score above the cutoff.
