I scored 138 in NEET 2019 and I belong to UR category. Is there any chance of getting any government college this year?

Hey Snehangshu !
I am sorry to inform, but with a score of 138 in NEET 2019, it's quite impossible to own a Govt. Medical College seat anywhere in India.
The cutoff marks for the UR has itself been set up at 134.
And as far as this year's Marks vs Rank is concerned, even a score of 550+ isn't a safe range to be within.
The Rank Inflation has affected almost everyone.
I would suggest you to take a drop and prepare hard for the upcoming year.

Best Wishes !
