NTA has released percentile score.

And it is the relative score.

Means it is not out of 360  it is the relative score you scored in the exam among other candidates and it will depend upon the number of candidates appear in exam and number of student behind you.

And there is still April exam is pending and the highest of two exams will be considered for final ranking. So it is not easy to say.

Let's wait for the April exam .

First of all congratulations on your marks. To be honest this marks is not sufficient to get any good nits with decent branch (considering general). But yes you can get some lower rank NITs in Eastern side. You can try your state NIT's in 151 marks.
