I feel that you can't get seat in Government medical colleges but you may have a chance to get seat in private colleges.

I am sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat with your marks in any government medical college.
For example in 2017 , lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for sc category was 412 and it was for Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Medical College, Chamba.
So I suggest you to prepare for next year's neet.

See the marks u have scored in the NEET exam is too low for u to bag a seat in the govt med college even under ur SC category and ur state quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the MBBS courses.
