I scored 194 marks in neet 2019 can i get a seat in ascoms jammu (management quota) if I didn't fill up for counselling?

In 2018, 400 marks secured a seat in Acharya Shree Chandra College of Medical Sciences under Management Quota. With 194 marks you fall short by a wide margin. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
