Now the procedure of rank calculation have changed and percentile is used for that not marks and percentile depends on the difficulty level of your particular paper and number of students appeared in your particular paper and their individual response . If paper is easy in your shift then you may get 97-98 percentile and if hard you may get 99 percentile or above .
