Considering your OBC All India Rank of 21,550 doesn't seem very likely for you to secure MS (General) Surgery seat under the AIQ. In fact, the expectation is that the AIQ OBC closing round-1 rank will be around 15,140, so Round-1 doesn't look good . However, don't lose hope! You should register for further rounds of counselling like Round 2, mop-up, and stray-vacancy where vacant seats might be available and the cut-off could be lower. Also be sure to apply in state quota counselling where once again OBC reservation and perhaps less competition might be in your favour.
