On such marks and category you have good chances of getting CMC Vellore under Management quota either through state counselling according to previous year's cut-off or through direct admission (provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it). As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 269 for CMC Vellore  under state quota for General category and ST category being a reservation category the cut-off goes much lesser as compared to that of General category.
