you may have chances to get a private medical college for bhms course as you are from reserved category.... according to the previous year cut off. From the following link... You can check some good Colleges for bhms course.

looking this cutoff your chances to get a government medical college for BAMS and BHMS is almost negligible. But with 300 marks you can apply for good private medical colleges with 85% State Quota seats.

Congrats that you have scored 313 marks in NEET .If you belong to the reserved category there is  a fine chance of getting into the bams, ayurveda, homeopathy, unani  medical courses in the government college also do check the cutoff of the particular course which is not available now.
