If I consider the previous year data .Then you have chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in West Bengal through state quota .You can get the following colleges .

ESI PGIMSR Joka Kolkota(357 marks)
Maldah Medical College, Maldah(349 marks)
Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Murshidabad(351)
Midnapore Medical College, Midnapur(353)
Bankura Sammilani Medical College, Bankura(356).
