By "I have scored...", I guess you mean to say your rank is 3948 in KIIT. At this rank, you might easily get CSE branch in KIIT.

Congratulations on your rank! Keeping the previous year cutoffs in mind, we can assume that you may get CSE in KIIT. Last year the cutoff for CSE was 5044. You must be aware if the fact that cutoffs depend upon various other factors too like difficulty level, number of students who take the test etc, so it may vary a bit. But according to your rank, I assume you may get CSE.
