Dear aspirant  !
Well if you are looking for government Medical college then i am really sorry to say that at 406 marks  you won't  get any  government  mbbs college.
Because this year cutoff goes slightly higher than last year as  per my opinion  but result is yet to be come .
We can only estimate .
Although  for getting  government  colleges you must need to score  atleast  560 ++ marks ( estimated figure only ) in NEET NEET ug 2019.
And for BDS  minimum  marks are 520 ++ for general  category.
Every year  cutoff goes varies depending upon the question paper level.
But at your marks you can try for the ayurveda college  and veterinary  science,  homeopathy colleges.
Secondly  for Medical  college you can try for the  private sector where you can easily get college.
