Hi,

Since this year cutoffs for medical and dental colleges have gone high , the chances of you to get admission in government seat is very low. If you are open for admission in private colleges , you can apply via all India quota counseling conducted by MCI or your respective state counselling. You can try for all India AYUSH counseling, you have pretty good chances to get admission there. 

Apply in counselling , do the choice filling and follow up with the procedure.
