Dear Uday, in 2018, under State Quota, 338.marks.secured a seat in Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences under OBC  Category. With Hyderbad-Karnataka reservation, at 440 marks you have a decent chance at this college. Having  said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. However we would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released to weigh in your options. You can also check the previous cut offs for OBC in Karnataka and also the previous ranks in HYD-KAR region for each college at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka/amp

Hey Aspirant, Your chances of getting the government medical seat are not there sorry to say that as 556 marks are required. You were unable to score this much marks. Hoping for good future ahead. So, you need to wait untill the result and the last councelling.

Hope this helps

Good luck
