i scored 45 marks in jee mains of 12th april shift1. as there would be no ipucet this year, should i expect a seat in ip college(any branch)

Might be possible but you have to wait till the result and final merit list announcement and the date for announcement is the 4th week of May 2019 but you have also fulfilled the other eligibility criteria also like you should have minimum 55% marks in PCM and must have passed in English.
