As you scored 450 and you are a resident of Telangana, Telangana cutoffs are likely higher for OBC which ranks inbetween 360 to 480 as you scored inbetween the mentioned score you have chances for getting admission. I would suggest you to go for 3rd or 4th counselling as 1st and 2nd counselings will almost go for merit score. But yeah you can get a seat in government colleges.
