As per your NEET PG score , your rank may lie between 29547-30547 and with this rank and your caste category, it is very difficult to get any Medical college in Delhi with specialization in Psychiatry as per previous year's cut off trends.

Well, the cut off may vary each year for some reasons like, seat matrix.. difficulty level of question paper etc.
