According to the cutoff marks of last year i.e 2018 RIMS, Ranchi closed at a score of 437 for SC category.
So with your score of 457 you do have a fair chance of getting a seat.
However the analysis is based on the cutoff tremds of last year and this trend tends to vary every year depending on several factors like number of candidates, difficulty of paper etc.
